摘要
在建设项目管理中,招投标管理工作是一项十分重要的内容,如果在招投标过程中出现了问题,势必影响工程建设质量.文章通过分析工程招投标的意义及存在的问题,探讨了工程招投标问题的对策,如完善招投标管理相关法律法规、严格规范招投标工作程序、夯实建设单位招投标管理工作基础等,以推进建设项目招投标工作的规范化和科学化开展,更好地服务于建设单位.
Abstract
In construction project management,bidding management is a very important content.If there are problems during the bidding process,it will inevitably affect the quality of engineering construction.The study analyzes the significance and existing problems of engineering bidding,and explores countermeasures for engineering bidding problems,such as improving relevant laws and regulations on bidding management,strictly regulating bidding procedures,and strengthening the foundation of bidding management in construction units,in order to promote the standardization and scientific development of construction project bidding work and better serve construction units.
