The article takes the Puyang section of the Puyang to Weihui Expressway project as an example.This project is a key component of the Henan Province expressway network,involving the reinforcement binding process of the channel bottom plate and side walls.By providing a detailed introduction to the construction process,this article elaborates on the construction process and quality control measures from the aspects of special roadbed treatment,foundation excavation,geogrid laying,cushion layer construction,foundation concrete pouring to the bottom plate,steel bar control line setting,side wall steel bar fixture use,and acrylic acrylic internal mold.It particularly emphasizes the importance of steel bar binding to ensure the construction quality of the channel.Through the comprehensive application of these technologies and control methods,the project was successfully implemented and was rated as the"2020 Henan Province Model Project"in 2020,providing valuable experience for similar projects.
