祁阳现代铁路物流园专用线建设方案研究

摘要
铁路专用线的建设可完善地区基础设施,促进地区经济发展,推动地区物流产业发展,优化地区产业结构.但其具有工程投资大、工程建设难等特点,如何通过合理的设计减少工程造价、降低工程难度,提高建设铁路专用线的经济效益,越来越重要.文章结合祁阳现代铁路物流园专用线规划地区的地理位置及条件,利用技术经济对比法,着重对方案一(物流园区单独设调车场方案)、方案二(散装货物区尾部接通方案)进行方案比选,最终得出适合该项目的最优方案.
Abstract
The construction of railway dedicated lines can improve regional infrastructure,promote regional economic development,promote regional logistics industry development,and optimize regional industrial structure.However,it has the characteristics of high engineering investment and difficult construction.Therefore,it is important to reduce engineering costs,reduce engineering difficulties,and improve the economic benefits of constructing railway dedicated lines through reasonable design.Based on the geographical location and conditions of the dedicated line planning area of Qiyang Modern Railway Logistics Park,and using the technical and economic comparison method,this study focuses on the comparison and selection of schemes one(separate shunting yard scheme for logistics park)and two(tail connection scheme for bulk cargo area),and finally obtains the optimal scheme suitable for the project.
