The agricultural photovoltaic complementary project has improved the efficiency of light energy utilization to a certain extent, saved land and water resources, reduced energy consumption, and promoted the sustainable development of agriculture. To ensure the smooth design and construction of the agricultural and photovoltaic complementary project,it is necessary to conduct geotechnical engineering surveys to obtain key geological and geotechnical information. The article relies on the 99 MW agricultural photovoltaic complementary power station project in Mengqi,Miaoqian Town,Dangyang City,Chuge New Energy.Based on the characteristics of the agricultural photovoltaic complementary project, the construction conditions are analyzed, and a geotechnical engineering survey method is proposed. The on-site survey process and results are fully presented, solving the geotechnical geological survey problems in the early stage of such agricultural photovoltaic complementary projects.
