Waterproofing engineering is an important component of construction engineering.Its quality is directly related to the service life and function of the building.In order to further enhance the anti leakage ability of residential engineering and improve the quality of building construction,this study proposes measures to improve the waterproof construction management and technical level of residential engineering in response to the common leakage situation in residential engineering.These measures include selecting optimal waterproofing construction plans,strictly controlling waterproofing materials,implementing template guidance,and strengthening construction management.In the final section,specific measures for preventing leakage were proposed for key areas as a reference.
