Analysis on Reliability Appraisal of a Comprehensive Building
In order to understand the reliability of the main structure of the building to provide basis for the subsequent work or reinforcement reconstruction,this paper takes a brick-concrete structure comprehensive building built in the early 1990s as an example to expound the detailed process of the reliability detection and appraisal of the main structure of the building(including safety appraisal and seismic resistance appraisal).The detection content involves cross-section size,material strength,crack damage and so on.On this basis,the bearing capacity and seismic resistance capacity of the building are modeled,calculated and analyzed,relevant steps for building reliability appraisal are listed in detail,and the final appraisal conclusion is provided for reference by relevant personnel.
