现浇箱梁项目中满堂支架施工技术应用研究

为验证满堂支架施工技术在现浇箱梁项目中的适用性,文章结合某桥梁项目,从架体设计、架体搭设及架体预压加载等方面出发,分析了满堂支架施工技术的要点,最终预压监测结果显示,满堂支架体系下部累计沉降值均<4 mm,上部累计沉降均<8 mm,满足施工设计要求,证明满堂支架施工技术在现浇箱梁项目中具有良好的应用价值.
Research on the Application of Full-hall Support Construction Technology in the Cast-in-place Box Girder Project
In order to verify the applicability of full-hall support construction technology in cast-in-place box girder project,this paper analyzes the key points of full-hall support construction technology combined with a bridge project from the aspects of support design,support erection and support preloading and loading.The final preloading monitoring results show that the cumulative settlement value of the lower part of the full-hall support system is less than 4 mm,and the cumulative settlement of the upper part is less than 8 mm,which meets the construction design requirements,proving that the full-hall support construction technology has good application value in the cast-in-place box girder project.
