高速公路快速养生再生水稳碎石基层关键技术研究与应用

当前,路面铣刨料(RAP)再生利用环节存在利用途径窄、利用层位偏下等问题,而且传统的水泥稳定碎石基层施工需要封闭交通 7 d进行保水养生,之后才能实施沥青面层施工作业,容易引发交通拥堵问题和安全隐患.因此,文章针对上述不足之处,开展高速公路快速养生再生水稳碎石基层关键技术研究,提升了铣刨料再生应用层位,同时在混合料中添加自主研发的免养生剂,实现基层施工完成 1 d后即可开放交通、开展下一道工序的施工,为当前高速公路尤其是应急工程及改扩建工程项目水稳施工提供了新的技术借鉴.
Research and Application of Key Technologies for Fast Curing Reclaimed Cement-stabilized Macadam Base in Expressway
At present,there are some problems in the recycling of Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement(RAP),such as narrow utilization channels and lower utilization layer.Moreover,the traditional construction of cement-stabilized macadam base needs to close traffic for 7 days for water retention curing,and then the construction of asphalt pavement can be carried out,which is easy to cause traffic congestion and safety hazards.Therefore,in view of the above shortcomings,this paper conducts research on the key technology for fast curing reclaimed cement-stabilized macadam base in expressway,improving the application layer of milling material regeneration.At the same time,self-developed curing-free agent is added to the mixture,realizing that traffic can be opened and the next construction process can be carried out after 1 day of base construction completion,which provides a new technical reference for the current cement-stabilized layer construction of expressway,especially emergency engineering and reconstruction and expansion engineering projects.
