高速公路高掺量RAP再生水稳碎石基层技术研究与工程应用

文章基于对回收沥青路面材料(RAP)和新集料的物理力学性能评价和筛分试验结果,采用分档掺配的设计方式,设计了 4 组不同RAP掺量的级配方案,击实后进行路用性能试验,分析无侧限抗压强度、抗压回弹模量和干缩性能,以研究不同掺量下的RAP对水稳碎石基层混合料路用性能的影响.试验结果显示,随着掺加RAP比例的提高,其最佳含水量变大,最大干密度变小.此外,随着RAP比例增大,水稳碎石基层混合料试件呈现出抗压强度、回弹模量降低而干缩性能提高的规律,最后依托高速公路试验段进行了高掺量RAP再生水稳碎石基层的工程应用,工后检测结果显示,试验段的基层各项检测指标均满足设计规范要求.
Research and Engineering Application of High Content RAP Regenerated Cement Stabilized Macadam Base Technology for Expressway
Based on physical and mechanical property evaluation and screening test results of Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement(RAP)materials and new aggregates,four groups of gradation schemes with different RAP contents are designed by using the design method of graded blending.After compaction,the road performance test is carried out to analyze the unconfined compressive strength,compressive rebound modulus and dry shrinkage performance,so as to study the influence of RAP with different contents on the road performance of cement stabilized macadam base mixture.The test results show that with the increase of the proportion of RAP,the optimum water content increases and the maximum dry density decreases.In addition,with the increase of RAP ratio,the cement stabilized macadam base mixture specimen shows the law of decreasing compressive strength and rebound modulus and increasing dry shrinkage performance.Finally,the engineering application of high content RAP recycled cement stabilized macadam base is carried out based on the expressway test section.The post-construction test results show that the test indexes of the base in the test section meet the requirements of the design specification.
