摘要

隧道掘进机(TBM)施工是现代轨道交通隧道工程中被广泛应用的一种技术,为保证隧道施工的安全性、可靠性和经济性,需要对TBM施工进行全面的质量控制.文章依托重庆轨道交通十五号线二期工程礼学路站—金山寺站区间施工,主要围绕TBM掘进、管片拼装、壁后填充注浆等方面进行研究,提出运用气压掘进模式、管片拼装、同步注浆、二次注浆等控制技术,经实践运用,试掘进期间管片错台、上浮等问题得到有效解决,保证施工质量安全.

Abstract

Tunnel Boring Machine(TBM)construction is a widely used technology in modern rail transit tunnel engineering.In order to ensure the safety,reliability and economy of tunnel construction,it is necessary to carry out comprehensive quality control of TBM construction.Based on the construction of Lixue Road Station-Jinshan Temple Station section of the second phase project of Chongqing Metro Line 15,this paper mainly studies the TBM tunneling,segment assembly,filling grouting behind the wall,etc.,and puts forward control technologies such as pneumatic tunneling mode,segment assembly,synchronous grouting,secondary grouting.After practical application,the problems of segment dislocation and floating during the trial tunneling have been effectively solved to ensure the construction quality and safety.
