There is a big difference between project general contracting mode and the traditional construction general contracting mode in terms of cost form and cost control.From the perspective of the practice of construction enterprises,this paper compares and analyzes the differences between the two contracting modes,and further considers the cost control strategies of the project general contracting mode for construction enterprises,hoping to enhance relevant people's understanding of the essential differences between the two,improve their professional ability,and make them more calmly cope with the impact of the future project general contracting market trend,so as to lay a solid theoretical foundation for the sustainable survival and development of enterprises.
