Analysis on Building Engineering Cost Control and Management Based on PPP Project Mode
In recent years,building engineering based on PPP(Public-Private-Partnership)project mode has been increasing worldwide,becoming a key mechanism to promote the development of infrastructure and real estate.However,with the increase in the number of PPP projects,cost control and management have become more complex.Effective cost control and management can not only ensure the smooth completion of PPP projects according to plan,budget and quality requirements,but also attract more investors and private partners to promote economic growth.Based on this,this paper relies on the PPP project of the sewage treatment plant relocation in eastern suburbs of Datong City to discuss the effective strategies for optimizing the engineering cost management under PPP project mode to ensure the high-quality completion of similar projects and continuously improve the level of public services.
