文章通过分析工程实例中材料选取、路面结构设计优化及合理施工等措施的应用,进一步总结设计优化技术和策略,并提出具体的路基路面优化设计施工方法.研究结果表明,在改扩建路基路面设计过程中,需要重点关注压实度的设计和控制,当冲击碾压次数为 20~30 次时,路面压实率仅提升 1%,盲目提高冲击碾压次数对路基压实质量的提升效果有限.通过改扩建路基路面设计优化,可以提升关键部位的使用性能,进而为提高交通运输效率和安全性奠定基础.
Research on Optimization of Subgrade and Pavement Design for Reconstruction and Expansion
This paper further summarizes the design optimization technologies and strategies by analyzing the application of measures such as material selection,pavement structure design optimization and reasonable construction in engineering examples,and puts forward specific optimization design and construction methods of subgrade and pavement.The results show that in the design process of subgrade and pavement reconstruction and expansion,it is necessary to focus on the design and control of compaction degree.When the number of impact rolling is 20-30 times,the pavement compaction rate is only increased by 1%,and the effect of blindly increasing the number of impact rolling on the improvement of subgrade compaction quality is limited.Through the optimization of subgrade and pavement design,the performance of key parts can be improved,which lays a foundation for improving transportation efficiency and safety.
