Analysis on Construction Calculation and Simulation Modeling of Mass Concrete Crack Control in Railway
Cracks in mass concrete structures may have a negative influence on the safety of the structure.By controlling the cracks in concrete, the structural problems caused by cracks can be alleviated to ensure the stability and durability of railway engineering structures.Cracks can affect the durability of concrete, especially in the face of harsh climate and environmental conditions.By taking crack control measures, the service life of railway engineering can be prolonged and the maintenance and repair costs can be reduced.Based on aspects of concrete mixture proportion, adiabatic temperature rise of concrete hydration heat, temperature shrinkage stress and crack resistance safety, this paper describes in detail the construction calculation method of mass concrete crack control, and compares the theoretical maximum temperature with the actual maximum temperature by establishing the simulation model of concrete hydration heat, aiming to provide technical reference for actual construction activities.
