路基的压实质量直接关系道路的路用性能和使用寿命,重视路基施工控制,特别是公路工程路基施工质量的过程控制,是提升公路质量的重要举措.目前,路基压实质量检测一般采用灌砂法,这种传统的公路施工质量管理方法存在有限反馈、抽样检测、事后检测等不足.随着信息技术、传感技术、全球定位技术及无线通信技术的发展,路基施工管理逐渐朝着智能化方向发展.文章以动态控制统计学为理论支撑,以路基施工质量控制及施工管理的实际需求为出发点,开展了高速公路路基施工质量综合评价模型研究,旨在实时预测路基碾压质量,指导路基施工过程质量控制.
Research on Comprehensive Evaluation Model of Subgrade Compaction Quality Based on Control Index
The compaction quality of subgrade is directly related to the road performance and service life of the road.Paying attention to the control of subgrade construction,especially the process control of subgrade construction quality of highway engineering,is an important measure to improve the quality of highway.At present,the subgrade compaction quality detection generally adopts the sand filling method.This traditional highway construction quality management method has shortcomings such as limited feedback,sampling detection,and post-detection.With the development of information technology,sensing technology,global positioning technology and wireless communication technology,subgrade construction management is gradually developing in the direction of intelligence.Based on the theory of dynamic control statistics and the actual needs of subgrade construction quality control and construction management,this paper studies the comprehensive evaluation model of expressway subgrade construction quality,aiming to predict the quality of subgrade rolling in real time and guide the quality control of subgrade construction process.
