摘要

文章结合《建筑施工承插型盘扣式钢管脚手架安全技术标准》(JGJ/T 231-2021),基于Midas Civil有限元分析软件对盘扣支撑架竖向斜杆空间布置形式进行探讨,得出竖向斜杆空间布置形式对支架极限承载能力的影响,给出架体设计中竖向斜杆空间布置形式的参考性建议,该成果可为盘扣支架设计及施工提供参考.

Abstract

Based on the Technical Standard for Safety of Disk Lock Steel Tubular Scaffold in Construction(JGJ/T 231-2021),this paper discusses the spatial layout form of the vertical diagonal rod of the disc support frame based on Midas Civil finite element analysis software.The influence of the spatial layout form of the vertical diagonal rod on the ultimate bearing capacity of the support is obtained,and the reference suggestions for the spatial layout form of the vertical diagonal rod in the design of the frame are given.The results can provide reference for the design and construction of the disc support.
