市政道路钢箱梁施工要点及安全验算研究

摘要
为保证市政道路桥梁施工质量,文章总结了钢箱梁的特点,以某城市快速路的钢箱梁桥为研究对象,基于步履式顶推法,从钢箱梁预制、吊装、运输、导梁选择、节段顶推、落梁等方面分析了施工要点.同时,对临时墩和梁体的施工安全性开展验算,研究成果可为类似项目提供理论指导.
Abstract
In order to ensure the construction quality of municipal road and bridge,this paper summarizes the characteristics of steel box girder.Taking the steel box girder bridge on an urban expressway as the research object,based on the walking incremental launching method,the construction points are analyzed from the aspects of steel box girder prefabrication,hoisting,transportation,guide beam selection,segment incremental launching and beam falling.At the same time,the construction safety of temporary piers and beams is verified.The research results can provide theoretical guidance for similar projects.
