青杠林小净距段隧道施工关键技术研究

文章以四川省青杠林小净距段隧道施工工程为背景,该工程隧道左线标段全长 1 725 m,右线标段全长 1 729 m,其中,中夹岩柱厚度小于 1 倍隧道开挖跨度,属于小净距隧道.隧道主洞净空断面尺寸为15.25 m×5 m.为解决小净距隧道开挖等施工难题,确保施工质量,小净距隧道小净距地段采用钢架、锚杆、钢筋网和湿喷混凝土联合初期支护及φ108 mm大管棚+超前小导管超前支护,进洞采用双侧壁导坑法施工,洞身开挖采用钻爆设计.采取以上关键技术后,小净距隧道开挖至指定深度,实施效果良好,可供参考.
Research on Key Technology for Qingganglin Small Clear Distance Tunnel Construction
This paper is based on the construction engineering of Qingganglin small clear distance tunnel in Sichuan Province.the total length of the left line section of the tunnel is 1 725 m,and the total length of the right line section is 1 729 m.The thickness of the intermediate rock pillar is less than 1 time of the tunnel excavation span,which belongs to small clear distance tunnel.The clearance section size of the tunnel's main hole is 15.25 m×5 m.In order to solve the construction difficulties such as small clear distance tunnel excavation and ensure the construction quality,the small clear distance section of the small clear distance tunnel adopts the combined initial support of steel frame,anchor rod,steel mesh and wet shotcrete,and the φ108 mm large pipe roof+advance ductule advanced support.The tunnel entering is constructed by twin-side heading method,and the tunnel excavation adopts drilling and blasting design.After adopting the above key technologies,the small clear distance tunnel is excavated to the specified depth,and the implementation effect is good,which can be used for reference.
