摘要

文章以南阳湘江特大桥的大跨径波形钢腹板节段梁安装为例,采用了桥面吊机进行波形钢腹板PC组合梁对称悬臂拼装,阐述了波形钢腹板节段梁的结构特点和悬拼施工工法的原理及步骤,总结了该工法的优势,包括施工效率高、周期短,结构强度和稳定性高,节约材料和人力成本,有利于工地现场管理和控制质量等.该工程案例验证了大跨径波形钢腹板节段梁悬拼施工工法的实际应用可行性.

Abstract

Taking the installation of large-span corrugated steel web segmental beam of Nanyang Xiangjiang Grand Bridge as an example,the bridge deck crane is used to carry out symmetrical cantilever assembly of corrugated steel web PC composite beams.The structural characteristics of corrugated steel web segmental beam and the principles and steps of cantilever assembly construction method are expounded.The advantages of this method are summarized,including high construction efficiency,short construction period,high structural strength and stability,saving materials and labor costs,which is conducive to site management and quality control.The engineering case verifies the practical application feasibility of the cantilever assembly construction method for large-span corrugated steel web segmental beam.
