装配式钢结构梁柱连接节点设计要点及施工工艺研究

近年来,装配式钢结构建筑作为一种高效、环保、经济的建筑形式,得到了广泛的应用.梁柱连接节点作为钢结构的重要组成部分,其设计合理性、制造和施工质量直接关系整个结构的安全性和稳定性.基于此,文章首先论述了装配式钢结构梁柱连接在建筑中的应用及装配式钢结构梁柱连接节点国内外研究现状,随后分析了连接节点的类型及节点设计要点,主要包括工字形柱与梁节点设计、钢管柱与梁柱节点设计及梁柱节点域的加强设计,最后讨论了节点施工工艺,以供参考.
Research on Design Points and Construction Techniques of Assembled Steel Structure Beam-Column Connection Node
In recent years,assembled steel structure building has been widely used as an efficient,environmentally-friendly and economical building form.As an important part of steel structure,the design rationality,manufacturing and construction quality of beam-column connection node are directly related to the safety and stability of the whole structure.Based on this,this paper first discusses the application of assembled steel structure beam-column connection in buildings and the research status of assembled steel structure beam-column connection node at home and abroad.Then,it analyzes the types of connection nodes and the key points of node design,mainly including the design of I-shaped column and beam node,the design of steel tube column and beam-column node and the strengthening design of beam-column node domain.Finally,the node construction technology is discussed for reference.
