摘要

超高墩大跨度桥梁作为地形起伏不定、高低落差较大地区的一种重要解决方案,其施工技术的发展起到了举足轻重的作用.文章依托在建渝湘复线高速公路项目龙川江特大桥工程超高墩施工,对桥梁超高墩在施工过程中普遍采用的传统液压爬模结构功能性单一、竖直度控制精度不足、智能化程度低等一系列问题进行了深入的剖析,成功研制了一种新型桥梁超高墩数字造墩机,实现了内外模同步爬升、状态实时监测、形位尺寸自动调节等功能,保证了桥墩的成型精度和质量,提高了施工效率,保障了施工安全.

Abstract

As an important solution for areas with fluctuating terrain and large height difference,the development of super-high pier large-span bridge construction technology plays an important role.Based on the super-high pier construction in Longchuanjiang grand bridge engineering in Chongqing-Hunan double-track expressway project,this paper makes an in-depth analysis on a series of problems such as single function,insufficient verticality control accuracy,and low intelligence degree of commonly used traditional hydraulic climbing formwork structure in the construction process of bridge super-high pier.A new type of digital pier building machine for bridge super-high pier is successfully developed,which realizes the functions of synchronous climbing of internal and external formwork,real-time monitoring of status,automatic adjustment of shape and size,etc.,ensuring the forming accuracy and quality of the pier,improving the construction efficiency and ensuring the construction safety.
