在新时代背景下,绿色建筑前景广阔,建筑数量越来越多.绿色建筑工程在降低能源和节省资源方面有明显优势,不仅可提高建筑资源利用率,还可以营造相对舒适的生活环境.绿色建筑的工程管理属于难度较大的工作,涉及内容较多,现实中要想发挥绿色建筑的优势,就要落实好工程管理工作,结合现有的问题,制定科学的应对策略,助力绿色建筑工程实现可持续发展目标.基于此,文章从绿色建筑的内涵出发,对绿色建筑工程管理定义进行分析,并结合现阶段绿色建筑工程管理存在的问题,提出可行的绿色建筑工程管理方案,如建立奖惩机制、推广绿色施工新技术、完善工程管理评估体系等.同时以具体案例作为研究对象,分析绿色建筑配套技术和工程管理要点,以便为今后的绿色建筑工程发展提供有益的参考.
Analysis on Problems and Countermeasures in Green Building Engineering Management
Under the background of the new era,the prospect of green building is broad,and the number of buildings is increasing.Green building engineering has obvious advantages in reducing energy and saving resources.It can not only improve the utilization rate of building resources,but also create a relatively comfortable living environment.The engineering management of green building is a difficult work involving lots of content.In order to give full play to the advantages of green building in reality,it is necessary to implement the engineering management work well and formulate scientific response strategies combined with the existing problems to help green building engineering achieve sustainable development goals.Based on this,this paper starts from the connotation of green building to analyze the definition of green building engineering management,and combines the problems existing in the management of green building engineering at the present stage to put forward feasible green building engineering management schemes,such as establishing reward and punishment mechanism,promoting new green construction technology,improving engineering management evaluation system,etc.At the same time,taking specific cases as the research object,it analyzes the supporting technology and engineering management points of green building,so as to provide useful reference for the development of green building engineering in the future.
