摘要
随着城市化进程的不断推进,房屋建筑工程项目作为城市发展的支柱性产业,其质量直接关系到城市建设的可持续发展和居民的生活品质.基于此,文章深入分析了房屋建筑工程项目质量的影响因素,揭示影响房屋建筑工程项目质量的多维度特征.通过对当前质量管理存在的问题进行剖析,提出相应的改进措施.
Abstract
With the continuous advancement of urbanization,the quality of housing construction engineering project as a pillar industry of urban development is directly related to the sustainable development of urban construction and the life quality of residents.Based on this,this paper deeply analyzes the influencing factors of the quality of housing construction engineering project,and reveals the multi-dimensional characteristics that affect the quality of housing construction engineering project.Through the analysis of the problems existing in the current quality management,the corresponding improvement measures are put forward.
