Exploration on the 5S Management Optimization Strategy of Building Engineering Construction Site
Urbanization construction has accelerated the development speed of building engineering,and its construction site problems have gradually increased.Taking unreasonable construction site management measures is easy to cause building quality defects,which not only weakens the durability of building use,but also causes safety accidents.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the management strategy of building engineering construction site.Based on the construction site management defects of a comprehensive building engineering project in Guangdong Province,this paper designs an effective 5S management scheme.After the implementation of PDCA management,it has achieved good application results,which can provide reference for similar construction site management.
