摘要
文章围绕全过程造价管理进行研究,分析了全过程造价管理的管理阶段划分标准和组织协调要求.从前期决策、工程设计、招投标、现场施工四个环节入手,阐述了全过程造价管理模式在建筑工程中的应用路径,并提出多项行之有效的控制措施,旨在增强造价控制效果,将全过程造价管理与控制措施全面落到实处.
Abstract
This paper studies the whole process cost management,and analyzes the management stage division standard and organization and coordination requirements of the whole process cost management.Starting from the four links of early decision-making,engineering design,tendering and bidding,and on-site construction,it expounds the application path of the whole process cost management mode in construction engineering,and puts forward a number of effective control measures,aiming at enhancing the effect of cost control and fully implementing the whole process cost management and control measures.
