工业园交通干道高边坡稳定性分析及支护措施研究

云南某产业园 2#路边坡最高达 41 m,以土质边坡为主,坡脚主要为粉质黏土.边坡在雨季存在较大的失稳风险,严重威胁施工安全.为此,文章提出在边坡较高且较陡地段采用桩、锚及锚杆框架支护,其他路段边坡采用格构梁+锚杆支护.旋挖桩的直径和间距分别为 1.4 m和 2.0 m.锚索水平预应力为100~300 kN,各道锚索竖向间距为 2.0 m.采用提出的支护方案后,该道路边坡在施工期间未发生失稳,表明了支护方案的可靠性.
Research on Stability Analysis and Support Measure of High Slope of Traffic Artery in Industrial Park
The slope of 2#road in an industrial park in Yunnan is up to 41 m,which is dominated by soil slope,and the slope toe is mainly silty clay.The slope has a large risk of instability in the rainy season,which seriously threatens the construction safety.For this reason,this paper proposes to use pile,anchor and anchor rod frame support in the sections with high and steep slope,and use lattice beam+anchor rod support for the slope in other sections.The diameter and spacing of the rotary drilling piles are 1.4 m and 2.0 m respectively.The horizontal prestress of the anchor cable is 100-300 kN,and the vertical spacing between each anchor cable is 2.0 m.After adopting the proposed support scheme,the road slope did not lose stability during the construction period,indicating the reliability of the support scheme.
