Research on Quality Control Points for Prefabrication and Assembly of Highway Bridge
The industrialization of building products is characterized by prefabricated production of components,assembly of construction,standardization of design and mechanization of construction.It is the main way to realize energy conservation,environmental protection,low carbon,high quality and sustainable development of building products.Highway bridges have the characteristics of relatively single structural form and difficult control of on-site construction quality,which have conditions and demands for industrialization.Based on the project of Yueluo Highway-Baoqian Highway,this paper summarizes the key points of quality control of small concrete box girders with prefabrication and assembly technology throughout the line,aiming to provide some reference for the development of prefabrication and assembly technology in subsequent highway engineering.
