市政道路改造工程沥青路面施工质量控制研究

摘要
在城市化进程加快的背景下,市政道路改造工程日益增多,为了解决沥青路面施工质量问题,提高道路工程质量,延长路面使用寿命,文章首先阐述了市政道路改造工程沥青混合料的制备,然后剖析了市政道路改造工程施工常见问题及解决办法,最后在此基础上提出了市政道路沥青路面施工质量控制措施.研究结果表明,通过对市政道路进行改造,各测点厚度均在 30～50 mm,符合工程验收质量标准,且沥青路面各测点压实度均在 96%以上,各测点变形量均在 5 mm以下.
Abstract
Under the background of urbanization acceleration,the number of municipal road reconstruction projects is increasing.In order to solve the quality problems of asphalt pavement construction,improve the quality of road engineering and prolong the service life of pavement,this paper first expounds the preparation of asphalt mixture in municipal road reconstruction project,then analyzes common problems and solutions in municipal road reconstruction project construction,and finally puts forward quality control measures for municipal road asphalt pavement construction on this basis.The results show that through the reconstruction of municipal roads,the thickness of each measuring point is from 30 mm to 50 mm,which meets the quality standard of engineering acceptance,and the compaction degree of each measuring point on asphalt pavement is above 96%,and the deformation of each measuring point is below 5 mm.
