Research on Configuration Scheme of Waste-to-power Super-high Pressure Unit System
This paper expounds the application status of units with different steam parameters, analyzes the influence of the increase of main steam pressure on the boilers, steam turbines, etc.,and introduces two typical configuration schemes for waste-to-power super-high pressure unit system, which are the reheating inside the furnace of medium temperature super-high pressure unit and the reheating outside the furnace of medium temperature super-high pressure unit. The technical and economic comparison of the two schemes is carried out.At the same time,the(2×750)t/d grate furnace waste incineration project is taken as an example to compare with the ordinary medium temperature medium pressure, medium temperature sub-high pressure and medium temperature super-high pressure schemes.Through the technical and economic comparative analysis of various schemes,it provides a reference for the selection of steam parameters and reheating schemes for waste incineration power plants.
