摘要
加强对 10 kV配网运行事故的分析与预防工作对保障输配电稳定性、减少电能损耗与浪费具有重要意义.文章以某 10 kV配网运行事故案例背景为切入点,介绍了配网运行事故过程,从直接与间接两方面明确了事故原因,给出了相应的处理方案,同时基于优化规划方案及做好安全警示等角度对预防 10 kV配网运行事故的措施进行了阐述,以期为有关管理部门及技术人员提供参考.
Abstract
It is of great significance to strengthen the analysis and prevention of 10 kV distribution network operation accidents to ensure the stability of power transmission and distribution and reduce power loss and waste.Based on the background of a 10 kV distribution network operation accident case,this paper introduces the process of distribution network operation accident,clarifies the cause of the accident from both direct and indirect aspects,and provides corresponding treatment scheme.At the same time,from the perspectives of optimizing planning scheme and doing a good job in safety warning,the measures to prevent 10 kV distribution network operation accident are expounded,in order to provide reference for relevant management departments and technical personnel.
