基于FEA的某钢吊箱围堰抗倾覆数值分析

广东省江门市某大跨径预应力混凝土桥两侧墩上下游附近位置各增设独立防撞墩,该防撞墩施工期间采用拉森钢板桩双壁钢围堰.为考察围堰抽水过程结构的安全合理性,以在高水位环境下完成抽水为分析背景,采用有限元软件Midas FEA对该防撞墩钢围堰进行数值模拟,分析应力、变形特征,并对钢围堰整体稳定性进行相关验算.通过验算可以得出,该钢围堰结构抗倾覆性能好,且黏结力和拉压杆支撑力在抗倾覆中发挥重要作用.
Numerical Analysis of Anti-overturning of a Steel Boxed Cofferdam Based on FEA
Independent anti-collision piers are added at the upstream and downstream positions of the piers on both sides of a long-span prestressed concrete bridge in Jiangmen City,Guangdong Province.The double-wall steel cofferdam of Larsen steel sheet pile was used during the construction of the anti-collision pier.In order to investigate the safety and rationality of the structure of the cofferdam during the pumping process,the finite element software Midas FEA was used to simulate the steel cofferdam of the anti-collision pier under the analysis background of pumping in the high water level environment.The stress and deformation characteristics were analyzed,and the overall stability of the steel cofferdam was checked.Through the calculation,it can be concluded that the steel cofferdam structure has good anti-overturning performance,and the bonding force and the strut-and-tie support force play an important role in anti-overturning.
