Evaluation of the Whole Process Operation Efficiency of Waterworks—Taking a Waterworks in Southern Jiangsu as an Example
In order to further improve the operation and management level of waterworks and promote the high-quality development of water supply,the whole process operation efficiency evaluation of a waterworks in southern Jiangsu was carried out with the goal of realizing the optimal efficiency of waterworks.The evaluation is mainly carried out from the aspects of water quality and quantity characteristics analysis,key index standard difficulty analysis,process operation efficiency test,equipment instrument and electrical automation evaluation.Through the technical evaluation of the whole process,combined with the characteristics of water quality and quantity and the background of facilities,it can lay a foundation for the subsequent scientific research to formulate the technical scheme of"one plant,one policy".
