注浆加固技术在地铁隧道中的应用研究

摘要
文章以郑州市粉土地区某综合交通枢纽地下交通工程项目 1 号、2 号联络通道施工期间,地铁 1 号线盾构管片(局部)收敛变形值超过警戒值为依托,针对此隧道病害现象,介绍了控制盾构管片收敛变形继续增大的隧道外双液微扰动注浆加固技术,包括工艺原理、注浆顺序及工艺流程等.实践表明,隧道外双液微扰动注浆加固技术在控制管片收敛变形方面具有良好的施工效果.
Abstract
Based on the construction of No.1 and No.2 connecting passages of a comprehensive transportation hub in the silt area of Zhengzhou City,the convergence deformation value of the shield segment(local)of Metro Line 1 exceeds the warning value.In view of this tunnel disease phenomenon,this paper introduces the double-liquid micro-disturbance grouting reinforcement technology outside the tunnel to control the convergence deformation of the shield segment to continue to increase,including the process principle,grouting sequence and process flow.Practice shows that the double-liquid micro-disturbance grouting reinforcement technology outside the tunnel has a good construction effect in controlling the convergence deformation of the segment.
