摘要

文章以某隧道工程为研究对象,探讨了全断面超前帷幕注浆技术在高危险性、富水性断裂带施工中的应用.通过进行有效的隧洞突水控制,确保了隧洞的施工安全.文章总结了隧道穿越高危险性断裂带施工中的全断面超前帷幕注浆工艺及相关参数,从止浆墙施作、止浆岩盘注浆加固、止浆墙抗压试验等方面提出了技术要点,以供参考.

Abstract

Taking a tunnel project as the research object,this paper discusses the application of full-face advanced curtain grouting technology in the construction of high-risk and water-rich fracture zone.Through effective tunnel water inrush control,the construction safety of the tunnel is ensured.This paper summarizes the full-section advanced curtain grouting technology and related parameters in the construction of tunnel crossing high-risk fracture zone,and puts forward the technical points from the aspects of grouting wall construction,grouting reinforcement of grouting rock plate and compression test of grouting wall,which can provide reference for related research.
