超前帷幕注浆施工技术在高海拔长大富水隧道施工中的应用研究

为解决高海拔长大富水隧道的突涌水问题,文章以新建某高原隧道为研究对象,分段评估隧道各段的涌水量,对预测可能出现突水涌泥段落采用超前帷幕注浆的方式进行处治.结果表明,隧道围岩岩性与构造作用复杂,与隧道相关的断层主要有 13 条,这些构造区域易形成地下水排水通道和储水区,导致初期涌水量较大,突涌水风险较高;超前帷幕注浆在掌子面设置 2 m厚的止浆墙体,采用水泥-水玻璃双液浆进行帷幕注浆,超前注浆距离为 30 m,该工艺有效地解决了隧道富水破碎带的涌水问题.
Research on the Application of Advanced Curtain Grouting Construction Technology in the Construction of High Altitude Long and Rich Water Tunnel
In order to solve the problem of water inrush in high-altitude long and rich water tunnel,this paper takes a new plateau tunnel as the research object,evaluates the water inflow of each section of the tunnel in sections,and predicts that the water inrush and mud gushing sections may be treated by advanced curtain grouting.The results show that the lithology and structure of the surrounding rock of the tunnel are complex,and there are mainly 13 faults related to the tunnel.These structural areas are easy to form groundwater drainage channels and water storage areas,resulting in large initial water inflow and high risk of sudden water inflow.The advance curtain grouting set a 2m thick slurry wall on the tunnel face,and the cement-water glass double slurry was used for curtain grouting,and the advance grouting distance was 30m.The process effectively solved the water gushing problem in the water-rich fracture zone of the tunnel.
