某特大桥(44+2×72+44)m连续梁跨越泄洪河道,地理环境复杂,桥梁下部结构施工面临诸多难题.文章以该桥主墩下部结构施工作为切入点,展开了跨泄洪道连续梁施工辅助索道便桥及钢平台设计与施工关键技术的研究,重点阐述了跨泄洪水道处桥梁下部结构施工的难点、索道便桥及钢平台的结构设计及特点、有限元建模计算分析流程、施工关键技术等,目前该施工辅助索道便桥及钢平台已在该桥的下部结构施工中成功应用,为将来类似深沟、峡谷等特殊地理环境下的桥梁工程人员通行及物料运输便桥结构形式选择及施工提供了宝贵经验.
Research on Key Technologies of Design and Construction of Auxiliary Cableway Temporary Bridge and Steel Platform for Continuous Beam Construction across Spillway
The(44+2×72+44)m continuous beam of a super large bridge crosses the flood discharge channel.The geographical environment is complex,and the construction of the substructure of the bridge faces many problems.Taking the construction of the substructure of the main pier of the bridge as the starting point,this paper studies the key technologies of the design and construction of the auxiliary cableway bridge and steel platform for the construction of the continuous beam across the flood discharge channel,and focuses on the difficulties of the construction of the substructure of the bridge across the flood discharge channel,the structural design and characteristics of the cableway bridge and steel platform,the finite element modeling calculation and analysis process,and the key construction technologies.At present,the construction auxiliary cableway temporary bridge and steel platform have been successfully applied in the construction of the substructure of the bridge,which provides valuable experience for the selection and construction of the structure form of the temporary bridge for bridge engineering personnel and material transportation in the special geographical environment such as deep ditch and canyon in the future.
