为保证大跨度连续刚构拱桥施工安全性、经济性及高效性,文章以某地铁(80+150+80)m大跨度连续刚构拱桥为依托,研究了在特殊、复杂的地理位置与环境因素下拱桥的上部结构施工方案,在进行施工环境、安全性、技术可行性、工期及经济性比选后,选择钢管桩+贝雷梁支架立模+挂篮悬臂浇筑的方案施工该桥梁上部结构,旨在为类似工程施工提供一定的借鉴.
Study on Construction Scheme of Superstructure of Long-span Continuous Rigid Frame Arch Bridge
In order to ensure the safety,economy and efficiency of the construction of long-span continuous rigid frame arch bridge,based on a subway(80+150+80)m long-span continuous rigid frame arch bridge,this paper studies the construction scheme of the superstructure of arch bridge under special and complex geographical location and environmental factors.Specifically,after comparing the construction environment,safety,technical feasibility,construction period and economy,the scheme of steel pipe pile+bailey beam support formwork+hanging basket cantilever pouring is selected to construct the superstructure of the bridge.The purpose of this study is to provide some reference for the construction of similar projects.
