城市节段预制桥梁双龙门吊平衡式高精度悬拼施工技术研究

文章针对悬拼质量与效率要求较高的节段预制装配式桥梁施工,结合深圳外环高速公路东莞段第一施工合同段现场实际施工情况,通过深入研究现有混凝土桥梁节段预制拼装技术,提出一种采用双龙门吊悬臂拼装施工方法,沿混凝土桥梁架设方向铺设龙门吊轨道,同步对称吊装桥梁预制节段,利用调节支座与万向吊具调整节段六点坐标,保证阶段安装精度.采用吊模法施工后浇湿接缝,完成混凝土桥梁节段预制拼装施工,相较于传统技术,整体施工效率与安全性得到显著提升,节段拼接质量也得到了进一步保证.
Research on Balanced High-precision Suspension Construction Technology of Double Gantry Crane for Urban Segmental Precast Bridge
Aiming at the construction of segmental prefabricated bridge with high requirements for quality and efficiency of suspension assembly,combined with the actual construction situation of the first construction contract section of Dongguan section of Shenzhen Outer Ring Expressway,through in-depth study of the existing concrete bridge segmental prefabricated assembly technology,a double gantry crane cantilever assembly construction method is proposed.Specifically,the gantry crane track is laid along the erection direction of the concrete bridge,and the prefabricated segments of the bridge are hoisted synchronously and symmetrically;the six-point coordinates of the segment are adjusted by adjusting the bearing and the universal spreader to ensure the installation accuracy of the stage.The post-pouring wet joints were constructed by hanging formwork method to complete the precast assembly construction of concrete bridge segments.Compared with the traditional technology,the overall construction efficiency and safety have been significantly improved,and the quality of segment splicing has also been further guaranteed.
