摘要
文章以某高层建筑工程为实例,深入探讨了型钢柱的制作与安装流程.从下料、制孔到拼装、焊接、矫正,详细介绍了型钢柱的制作要点,确保型钢柱制作精确.进一步阐述了框架梁节点与型钢柱钢筋的绑扎及处理方法,强调了这两部分在整体结构中的重要性.并针对型钢柱混凝土浇筑施工环节进行了深入分析,旨在提高型钢混凝土施工效率.
Abstract
Taking a high-rise building project as an example,this paper discusses the production and installation process of steel column.From cutting,drilling to assembly,welding,correction and other steel column production points are introduced in detail,to ensure the accuracy of steel column production.The binding and treatment methods of frame beam joints and steel column reinforcement are further elaborated,and the importance of these two parts in the overall structure is emphasized.And in-depth analysis of steel column concrete pouring construction links.The purpose of this study is to improve the construction efficiency of steel reinforced concrete.
