The Development Practice of Complete Sets of Technical Equipment for Waste Aluminum Flotation Production Line
Scrap aluminum separation refers to the separation and purification of aluminum from aluminum-containing waste.There is still a large space for development in mechanization and automation of waste aluminum separation in China,and most of the recycled aluminum manufacturers are still in the backward process state of manual separation.Based on this background,this paper introduces a series of independent research carried out by the project team after visiting two flotation equipment manufacturers in the United States and Germany.It includes the research and improvement of flotation process,the research and design of flotation core machine,the research and design of flotation liquid density constant control system,the design of hopper and discharge tank inclination angle,etc.In addition,the team also developed a complete set of technology and equipment for the flotation of scrap aluminum.
