摘要

高速铁路隧道内一般采用预埋槽道固定接触网,在高铁建设中大量存在因接口管理及施工不规范等原因导致的预埋位置错误、施工误差过大等缺陷问题.为确保高速铁路隧道及接触网的整体工程质量,文章结合近年来高铁项目中出现的各种槽道缺陷问题,按照尽量避免废弃工程、最大限度利用已预埋槽道的原则,研究并制订了针对性的整治方案,如吊柱法兰适应性整治方案、外置槽道整治方案等,旨在为工程设计和施工人员提供参考.

Abstract

Pre-embedded channel fixed catenary is generally used in high-speed railway tunnel.In the construction of high-speed rail,there are a large number of defects such as embedded position errors and excessive construction errors caused by interface management and non-standard construction.In order to ensure the overall engineering quality of high-speed railway tunnels and catenary,this paper combines various channel defects in high-speed railway projects in recent years,and studies and formulates targeted remediation schemes according to the principle of avoiding abandoned projects as much as possible and maximizing the use of pre-embedded channels,such as the adaptive remediation scheme of hanger flanges and the remediation scheme of external channels,aiming to provide reference for engineering design and construction personnel.
