废胶粉改性沥青混合料路用性能研究

为保证我国道路工程建设持续高质量绿色发展,文章依托国内大市场优势,采用国产原材料与 15%掺量的废胶粉改性沥青分别拌制AC-13(C),SBS(Ⅰ-D)SMA-13 混合料,依据现行规范测试混合料的各项路用性能指标.测试结果表明,密级配废胶粉改性沥青混合料的高温稳定性与抗损水性能较基质沥青混合料大幅提高,基本接近SBS(Ⅰ-D)改性沥青混合料.低温抗裂性能方面表现出良好的路用性能,更适用于温差较大的地区.文章研究内容可为废胎胶粉改性沥青混合料的应用提供参考和借鉴.
Study on Road Performance of Crumb Rubber Modified Asphalt Mixture
In order to ensure the sustainable,high-quality and green development of road engineering construction in China,based on the advantages of the domestic market,this paper uses domestic raw materials and 15%waste rubber powder modified asphalt to mix AC-13(C)and SBS(I-D)SMA-13 mixtures respectively,and tests the road performance indexes of the mixtures according to the current specifications.The test results show that the high temperature stability and water damage resistance of the dense graded waste rubber powder modified asphalt mixture are greatly improved compared with the matrix asphalt mixture,which is basically close to the SBS(I-D)modified asphalt mixture.The low temperature crack resistance shows good road performance and is more suitable for areas with large temperature differences.The research content of this paper can provide reference for the application of waste tire rubber powder modified asphalt mixture.
