对于CRTS Ⅲ型板式无砟轨道结构底座混凝土的优化及开裂性能,文章通过进行工作性能、力学性能、体积稳定性能试验分析,得出不同的坍落度对混凝土的抗压强度、塑性收缩及干燥收缩的影响几乎可以忽略不计,但在施工时,坍落度影响底座混凝土的泌水层,因此应尽可能降低混凝土的坍落度;增加TK-ac型减缩抗裂剂会增加混凝土塑性收缩变形,降低干燥收缩变形,因此,在添加TK-ac型减缩抗裂剂后,要做好早期保湿养护工作,减少胶凝材料用量及用水量,以降低混凝土的早期塑性收缩,提高混凝土的抗裂性能.
Study on Concrete Optimization and Cracking Performance of CRTS Ⅲ Slab Ballastless Track Structure Base
For the optimization and cracking performance of the base concrete of CRTS Ⅲ slab ballastless track structure,through the experimental analysis of working performance,mechanical properties and volume stability,it is concluded that the influence of different slumps on the compressive strength,plastic shrinkage and dry shrinkage of concrete is almost negligible.However,during the construction,the slump affects the bleeding layer of the base concrete,so the slump of the concrete should be reduced as much as possible.The increase of TK-ac type shrinkage-reducing and anti-cracking agent will increase the plastic shrinkage deformation of concrete and reduce the dry shrinkage deformation.Therefore,after adding TK-ac type shrinkage-reducing and anti-cracking agent,it is necessary to do a good job in early moisturizing maintenance,reduce the amount of cementitious materials and water consumption,so as to reduce the early plastic shrinkage of concrete and improve the crack resistance of concrete.
