Research on Construction Cost Control Strategy of Area Development Project
From the perspective of general contractor project construction,the cost control of area development project plays an important role in ensuring the safety and quality of area development project,improving the efficiency of project development and construction,optimizing the construction cost and improving the construction efficiency of enterprises.Starting from the significance and existing problems of cost control of area development project,based on the construction experience of a city area development project,this paper discusses the cost control strategy of area development project,and expounds it from the aspects of contract income optimization and improvement of output value valuation rate.
