摘要
为贯彻可持续发展理念,建筑企业必须积极推进绿色建筑的建设,加强工程管理,并深化绿色环保的管理理念.此外,建筑企业还需要减少工程施工对环境造成的污染,从而实现绿色建筑工程的建设目标.文章以福州市湖塘 2021-27 号地块B地块项目为例,从绿色建筑施工污染治理、绿色建筑设计标准等方面阐述了绿色建筑工程管理的要点.
Abstract
In order to implement the concept of sustainable development,construction enterprises must actively promote the construction of green buildings,strengthen project management,and deepen the management concept of green environmental protection.In addition,construction enterprises also need to reduce environmental pollution in engineering construction,so as to achieve the construction goal of green building engineering.This paper takes the B block project of No.2021-27 plot B in Hutang,Fuzhou City as an example,and expounds the key points of green building engineering management from the aspects of green building construction pollution control and green building design standards.
