摘要
建筑设计管理是高校基建项目顺利实施的基础,涉及工程造价、质量、进度等多方面内容,能显著控制效益.文章从高校基建项目设计管理的现状出发,剖析了高校基建项目设计管理在需求、报建、设计、施工等不同阶段存在的难点,探究了加强高校基建工程设计管理的策略,包括细化建设需求、重视前期方案设计、避免施工图设计阶段修改图纸等,旨在为提高高校基建设计管理水平提供参考.
Abstract
Architectural design management involves project cost,quality,schedule,etc.,which is the basis for the smooth implementation of infrastructure projects in colleges and universities,and can significantly control benefits.Based on the current situation of design management of infrastructure projects in colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the difficulties existing in the design management of infrastructure projects in colleges and universities at different stages,such as demand,construction,design and construction,and explores the strategies to strengthen the design management of infrastructure projects in colleges and universities,including refining the construction demand,paying attention to the preliminary scheme design,and avoiding the modification of drawings in the design stage of construction drawings.The research aims to provide reference for improving the management level of infrastructure design in colleges and universities.
