市域产教联合体视域下财务会计类专业深化校企协同人才培养策略研究

摘要
结合校企协同人才培养经验,文章分析了市域产教联合体的建设情况及典型特征,归纳了财务会计类专业在校企协同人才培养过程中存在的典型问题,基于市域产教联合体和财会行业数字化转型需求,提出了打造跨界融合实体化载体、开展人才培养供给侧改革等深化校企协同人才培养策略,以期促进财务会计类专业与区域社会经济的高质量发展.
Abstract
Based on the experience of school-enterprise collaborative talent training,this paper analyzes the construction and typical characteristics of the municipal industry-education alliance,and summarizes the typical problems existing in the process of school-enterprise collaborative talent training for financial accounting majors.Based on the needs of the city's industry-education consortium and the digital transformation of the accounting industry,this paper puts forward some strategies to deepen the training of school-enterprise collaborative talents,such as building a cross-border integration entity carrier and carrying out the supply-side reform of talent training,so as to promote the high-quality development of financial accounting majors and regional social economy.
