摘要

文章根据对各厂商常规档位施工通风机的调查,发现常用施工通风机均不适用于钻爆法无轨运输的长大隧道施工,通过研究各类隧道断面形式在 3.5 km以下不同掘进深度条件下的作业面供风需求、设备供风要求及供风管路等参数,提出了一种普遍适用于公路、铁路隧道施工的新型施工通风机及对应的施工通风方法.在此基础上,展开了对高海拔隧道的研究,给出了在高海拔条件下隧道施工通风的解决方案.

Abstract

According to the investigation of the conventional gear construction ventilators of various manufacturers,it is found that the common construction ventilators are not suitable for the construction of long and large tunnels with trackless transportation by drilling and blasting method.By studying the parameters such as the air supply requirements of the working face,the air supply requirements of the equipment and the air supply pipeline under the conditions of different excavation depths of various tunnel sections below 3.5 km,a new type of construction ventilator and related construction ventilation methods that are generally applicable to highway and railway tunnel construction are proposed.On this basis,the research on high altitude tunnel is carried out,and the solution of tunnel construction ventilation under high altitude condition is given.
