Demonstration of Central Heating Scheme for Southern Cities by Waste Heat Recovery of Slag Washing Water in Steel Plant
This paper takes Mianxian County of Hanzhong City as a typical county and city in the southern non-central heating area, and uses the waste heat of blast furnace slag water of Shaanxi Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.as the central heating heat source.By comparing and analyzing two different waste heat recovery methods,it demonstrates the technical feasibility and economy of the waste heat of slag water as the basic heat source of central heating in southern cities. The results show that although the waste heat recovery method of the direct heat engine can ensure the stability and continuity of heating,it significantly increases the construction cost of the first heat exchange station and the operating cost during heating. The wide runner plate is easy to install, and the equipment covers a small area.Through regular cleaning and equipment maintenance,it can achieve stable operation during heating. Therefore,in view of the limited technical transformation projects and construction land,it is suggested to adopt the wide channel plate replacement scheme.
