当前,工业自动化技术快速发展,大型水泵机组对核心设备的稳定运行尤为关键.振动监测作为评估设备健康状况的重要手段,为设备的维护提供了数据支持.然而,传统的振动趋势预测方法往往难以处理复杂的、非线性的时间序列数据.文章致力于开发一种准确预测大型水泵机组振动趋势的方法,通过综合利用ARIMA模型、复合模型及RNN循环神经网络等先进技术,对振动数据进行深入分析,以实现振动趋势的准确预测,为水泵机组的预警监控和维护决策提供科学、可靠的数据依据.
Research on Vibration Trend Prediction Method of Large Water Pump Unit
At present,with the rapid development of industrial automation technology,large water pump units are particularly critical to the stable operation of core equipment.As an important means to evaluate the health status of equipment,vibration monitoring provides data support for equipment maintenance.However,traditional vibration trend prediction methods are often difficult to deal with complex and nonlinear time series data.This paper is devoted to the development of a method for accurately predicting the vibration trend of large pump units.Through the comprehensive utilization of advanced technologies such as ARIMA model,composite model and RNN recurrent neural network,the vibration data are analyzed in depth to realize the accurate prediction of the vibration trend,and provide scientific and reliable data basis for the early warning monitoring and maintenance decision of pump units.
